Reservations terms and conditions
When making a reservation, the Client deposits CZK 1,000 in the case of evening dresses, and CZK 8,000 in the case of wedding dresses (“Deposit”). The Deposit will then be deduced from the hire price.
The Client may cancel the reservation at any time. In such event, the following cancellation terms and conditions will apply:
a) 20 days before the day of pick-up of an evening dress – 0% cancellation fee of the Deposit;
b) Up to 150 days before the day of pick-up of a wedding dresses – 0% cancellation fee of the Deposit;
c) Any other cases – 100% cancellation fee.
The reservation date can be changed and the Deposit is also credited to the Client for a new reservation date. However, OUI Boutique does not guarantee that the selected dress will be available in the new date. The Client is therefore entitled to choose another dress that is available in the given date
Unless agreed otherwise, the dresses are adjusted in the week for which they are reserved and it is necessary to try the dress again after the final adjustment.
Cancellation or change of reservation under Par. 2 and 3 can be done in person, by phone (phone number: 222 742 566), or e-mail (email@example.com). If the Client fails to cancel the reservation under Par. 5 and does not pick up the reserved items on the agreed day, the Deposit will be forfeited.
In the exceptional cases of damaging, loss or destroying some of the reserved items by another client before the date of reservation, OUI Boutique undertakes, in agreement with the Client, to substitute such items with other items of the same quality and the same price range. In this situation, the Client is entitled to withdraw from the reservation with a 0% cancellation fee.
Upon signing a hire agreement and picking up the reserved items, the Client will deposit an amount of CZK 4,000 for evening dresses and CZK 7,000 for wedding dresses.
Hiring terms and conditions
OUI Boutique hereby hires an item (or items) to the Client for a short time and the Client hereby undertakes to use the item for the purpose and in the manner in which the item is usually used with regard to its nature and purpose. By signing the hire agreement, the Client confirms that he/she accepts the item and agrees that the item is in good standing. Later complaints will not be taken into account.
The Client may not sublet the dress to a third party or make any changes to it. The Client undertakes to take due care of the dress and use it so that it cannot be damaged, lost, destroyed or excessively worn. In the event of damage to the dress beyond the usual fouling, for example make-up, dust on the train, etc. the Client shall pay the amount spent on bringing the dress back to its original condition. It will be OUI Boutique that specifies the exact amount and provides for repairs made in respect of the damage.
In the event of loss or damage to the dress to such an extent that the dress cannot be repaired, the Client undertakes to pay OUI Boutique the retail price less the amount already paid for the hire itself.
If the Client is in delay with return of the dress, the Client shall pay a contractual penalty amounting to CZK 2,500 for each day of delay
As a guarantee for possible extreme fouling or damage to the dress (e.g. red wine stains, ripping of the dress, etc.), the Client shall pay a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000 for an evening dress and CZK 7,000 for a wedding dress. The refundable deposit will be returned to the Client at the moment when the dress is returned undamaged. In case of the situations described under Par. 2, 3 or 4, the refundable deposit (or its part) is used to bring the dress back to its original condition or to pay a fine for a late return
When returning a hired dress to OUI Boutique, the Client is required to submit a copy of the hire agreement where the return of the dress and its condition will be confirmed. Even if the Client returns the dress earlier before the agreed date, this does not influence the hire price.
